Purchase at least S$28 worth of BRAND'S® products at any participating Wastons outlets in Singapore in one receipt. Participants must retain their original receipts ("Original Receipt(s)") as proof of purchase.

1. By entering this Promotion, each participant (or "you") consent(s) to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner and for the purposes (i) as set out in part 2 below, and (ii) as set out in our Privacy Statement, a copy of which is accessible on Privacy Policy.
2. The purposes stated in part 1.(i) herein are:
- the recording of each participant's personal data for entry in this Promotion;
- the verification of such personal data;
- the selection of prize winner(s);
- such further or consequential use of personal data as is strictly necessary in the operation of this Promotion;
- unless you withhold consent, to receive information on marketing activities, promotions, discounts, events, special offers and new products and services from Cerebos Pacific Limited ("Cerebos"), whether by phone, SMS, e-mail, post and/or fax. You may inform Cerebos of your decision to withhold such consent by e-mail at customercare@cerebos.com.sg; and
- unless you withhold consent, the use of your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that you win a prize (including photograph, film and/or other recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Cerebos.
3. This contest is open to all who are (a) aged 18 years old and above, (b) residing in Singapore, and (c) not employees and family members of employees of Cerebos, its advertising agencies, and retailers associated with this Promotion.
4. Participant(s) are to ensure that all particulars submitted are accurate. Cerebos reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) who provide inaccurate particulars.
5. Each receipt number is entitled to only one entry for this Promotion and each Participant is eligible to receive only one (1) prize. Any incorrect or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
6. All entries are to be received by 2359 hrs of 31 May 2016 and no entries will be accepted after this time.
7. Lucky draw selection of up to twenty-five (25) individual prize winners will be conducted electronically at 1500 hrs on 10 June 2016 at Cerebos' offices at 18 Cross Street #12-01/08 China Square Central Singapore 048423 ("Cerebos' Offices"). Each prize winner will win one (1) set of $139 worth of "Braun Blood Pressure Monitor".
8. Prize winners will be notified within seven days of the said lucky draw via the mobile phone number used to submit each winning entry in this Promotion. In the event a winner is un-contactable by phone after three attempte, he/she will be disqualified from the Promotion and a new winner from a reserve list may be selected, at Cerebos' sole discretion.
9. Prize winners shall collect their prizes at Cerebos' Offices by 30 June 2016. Attendance shall be by the winner in person, or by a person authorized by the winner in writing. A copy of the winner's NRIC and, where applicable, the winner's written authorization must be presented. Prizes not collected by 1 July 2016 will be forfeited.
10. Each Original Receipt must be presented during prize collection, failing which, no prize will be awarded for such entry.
11. Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or any other items, whether in part or in full.
12. Notwithstanding anything herein, Cerebos has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a participant in participating in the Promotion or receiving a prize. Cerebos' decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. Cerebos reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the details of this Promotion without prior notice, and no claim shall be made against Cerebos with respect to any such amendment.
14. Cerebos shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries.
15. Cerebos does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, fitness for purpose, suitability of use and quality of any prize(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such prize(s). Cerebos reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with other(s) of similar value should the prize(s) be unavailable for any reason, without prior notice. Cerebos is not an agent of the supplier/merchant of the products and services comprising the prizes or vice versa. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the supplier/merchant. Redemption and use of the prizes are also subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier/merchant.
16. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contest and the decisions of Cerebos. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion. Cerebps reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
