Terms and Conditions:

1. By entering this Promotion, each participant (or "you") consent(s) to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner and for the purposes (i) as set out in part 2 below, and (ii) as set out in our Privacy Statement, a copy of which is accessible on Privacy Policy.

2. The purposes stated in part 1.(i) herein are:

  • the recording of each participant's personal data for entry in this Promotion;
  • the verification of such personal data;
  • the selection of prize winner(s);
  • the delivery of prize(s) to prize winner(s);
  • such further or consequential use of personal data as is strictly necessary in the operation of this Promotion;
  • unless you withhold consent, to receive information on marketing activities, promotions and discounts, events, special offers and new products and services from Cerebos Pacific Limited ("Cerebos"), whether by phone, SMS, e-mail, post and/or fax. You may inform Cerebos of your decision to withhold such consent by e-mail at customercare@cerebos.com.sg; and
  • unless you withhold consent, the use of your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that you win a prize (including photograph, film and/or other recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Cerebos.

3. This contest is open to all participants who are (a) aged 18 years old and above, (b) residing in Singapore, and (c) not employees of Cerebos and its advertising agencies & vendors, nor their immediate families.

4. Participating Product: BRAND'S® Essence of Chicken with Western Herbs ( 6 bottles x 68ml)

5. Participating Retailers: Fairprice, Giant, Cold Storage, Sheng Siong, Watsons, Guardian & Unity.

6. Prize*: A Trip for 2 to London (worth more than $4000)

      *Value of prizes are correct at start of promotion.

7. Contestants are to ensure that all particulars submitted are accurate. Cerebos reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant(s) who provide inaccurate particulars.

8. All entries are to be received by 2359 hrs of 31 December 2016 and no entries will be accepted after this time.

9. Cerebos shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries.

10. Lucky draw selection of winners will be conducted on 6 January 2017 at Cerebos Pacific Limited, 18 Cross Street #12-01/08 China Square Central Singapore 048423

11. Winners will be notified via phone. Prizes not collected by the due date specified in the notification to the winners will be forfeited.

12. Prize(s) are not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or any other items in part or in full.

13. Prizes may be collected by the winner or person authorized by the winner in writing. A copy of the winner's NRIC and the winner's authorization letter must be presented during prize collection.

14. Prizes which are not collected by the due date specified on Cerebos' notification to the winners will be forfeited.

15. Cerebos' decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

16. Cerebos reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the details of this Promotion without prior notice, and no claim shall be made against Cerebos with respect to any such amendment.

17. Cerebos does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, suitability of use and quality of any prize(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such prize(s). Cerebos reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with other(s) of similar value should the prize(s) be unavailable for any reason.

18. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contest and the decisions of Cerebos. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
